The drawings that build the pool.

PoolDraw™ has produced the documents a crew builds from since 1995 — and the next release, PoolDraw 2026, is in the works. It still does the thing renderings can't: carry one drawing from the sales table through pricing, permitting, and construction.

Actual PoolDraw output — not concept art

PoolDraw construction drawing: pool plan with hydraulic schematic, equipment pad layout, pipe sizing table, and structural section detail at 1/8 inch scale
SHT-02 · Plan + hydraulic schematic · equipment pad, pipe-sizing schedule, waterline tile section · scale 1/8″ = 1′
PoolDraw structural detail drawing: coping, deck paver, footer, and waterproofing section with crew responsibility annotations
SHT-03 · Coping, deck + footer sections with crew scope notes
PoolDraw site plan: freeform pool and spa layout against the residence with setbacks, utilities, and flagged septic components
SHT-01 · Site plan · layout, setbacks, flagged utilities

What PoolDraw is

PoolDraw produces construction-grade drawings for swimming pool projects: dimensioned site plans, structural sections, coping and deck details, hydraulic and equipment schematics, and the permit and crew paperwork that turns a sale into a build. It was created for the way pool companies actually work — draw the design in front of the customer, then carry the same drawing straight through pricing, permitting, and construction without redrawing it.

First released in 1995, PoolDraw helped move the pool industry from pencil renderings to computer-aided design, and builders across the country have produced their sales presentations and construction documents with it for three decades. The new release brings that same construction-first approach forward for today's Windows and Visio environments.
